Warranty Period: 3 Hours
During this 3-hour warranty period, Storm Keys will replace the account if any of the following issues occur:
- The account is VAC banned, VAC Live banned, or Overwatch banned
- The account does not match the purchased description
- Incorrect account information is provided (wrong login credentials, wrong region, or incorrect specifications)
For NFA Skins accounts, only a first-login warranty is provided.
If you experience any of the issues listed above, please submit a replacement request through our website support system. We do not provide replacements through direct messages or other unofficial channels.
Disclaimer (Warranty Void in the Following Cases)
- Transferring or trading inventory items which triggers Steam Guard or alerts the original owner
- Lack of understanding of the software or game mechanics resulting in VAC Live cooldowns or gameplay penalties after usage
- Purchasing accounts for resale or commercial profit purposes
- Failure to follow instructions provided after purchase
