Refund Policy – Storm Keys

By purchasing any product or service from Storm Keys, you agree to the following Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products

All products sold by Storm Keys are digital goods. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once delivery has been completed.

2. No Refunds

Storm Keys does not offer refunds, returns, chargebacks, or exchanges for:

• Delivered digital products
• Used licenses or keys
• Incorrect purchases made by the customer
• Compatibility issues caused by third-party software or services
• Account bans, restrictions, or suspensions on third-party platforms
• Failure to read product descriptions before purchasing

3. Chargebacks

Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of access to all Storm Keys services
• Permanent blacklist from future purchases
• Additional action if fraudulent activity is detected

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

• The purchased product was never delivered
• A duplicate payment was made
• The issue was caused directly by Storm Keys and cannot be resolved

All refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
